Abstract

Hyperbolic Stretching puts down the dumbbells and teaches you how to use ancient stretching methods to increase your muscle mass, strength and flexibility in four weeks. There’s no need to put immense pressure on your joints by lifting heavy weights repetitively and there’s certainly no need to take prescription medications or some black market who-knows-what. This program uses nothing more than your own body and ancient unique stretches that are designed to improve your athletic performance, skills, strength, body shape and flexibility by pushing you beyond the survival muscle reflex. And can you really go wrong with all of that when you aren’t wasting away hours at the gym hoping to achieve the same? So, I took the stretching challenge and here’s what you can expect from Hyperbolic Stretching.

Stretching goes far beyond a yoga practice and a slight toning of your body. This program shows you how increasing your flexibility and strength through stretching can be the fastest way to get the results you’re looking for. As a bonus, you don’t have to lift heavy weights or spend hours at the gym sweating up a storm and putting unnecessary pressure on your joints.

Hyperbolic Stretching is a four-week online workout system designed to increase your strength, flexibility and gains in the comfort of your home with nothing more than your own body. You only need 8-minutes a day to complete the regime, and in four weeks, you can see a drastic improvement in your overall performance, athletic skills, strength and flexibility.

But how is this the fastest way to boost your size, strength and flexibility? The program explains this in more depth but as a crash course, stretching has been used throughout history to increase strength – from cavemen to warriors, professional fighters and more because it is a survival trick that restructures the body and strengthens it as a whole. However, not all stretching is created equal and the methods learned in this program are not conventional stretches. They are ancient stretching methods that have been used for thousands of years but that have seemed to been forgotten about when it comes to strength training. But don’t be mistaken, these are just conventional stretches. The program focuses on ancient stretching tricks that push beyond the barrier that inhibits performance. This barrier is called the survival muscle reflex, or reciprocal muscle inhibition.

Alex Larsson is the creator of Hyperbolic Stretching. He quit his job as a computer programmer to become a full-time professional flexibility and core strength expert. As of today, he has helped more than 16,000 people achieve significant gains through stretching. His regime and methods are now being discussed at MMA gym, martial arts dojos, yoga studies, and sport establishments in Canada, Australia, the United States, Asia and Europe. And everything he teaches his clients through one-on-one sessions can be found in this program.

Hyperbolic Stretching is a unique system that focuses on ancient stretching tricks to increase gains, strength and flexibility. It includes an abundance of valuable information about the power of stretching and how it can help you achieve your goals, as well as a four-week program that is laid out for you with specific exercises to do for each week. So, not only does it give you a ton of information that’s needed to understand the benefits of obtaining high levels of elasticity but it also gives you the regime needed to turn your newfound knowledge into action.
